No. Our staff makes all of our dough fresh, every morning, by hand (except for Gluten-Free and Cauliflower Crusts).
Our Ranch and Buffalo Ranch sauces are the only items that contain MSG.

All cheeses are vegetarian with the exception of Daiya vegan cheese. Our sauces are vegan, except for Alfredo, Buffalo Ranch and Ranch which are vegetarian.
Our 3 handmade doughs are certified Kosher. This includes the Classic Pan, Crispy Thin & Traditional Italian.

There are so many ingredients that do NOT contain gluten that it’s easier to tell you what DOES contain gluten. The following items are the only ingredients that contain gluten: all 3 of our regular crusts (crispy thin, classic pan & traditional Italian), all of our desserts & croutons.
We strive to use as many ingredients as possible that are all natural, and as such, none of our dough, cheeses, sauces or toppings contain dyes with the exception of cheddar cheese (natural dye). Both our banana peppers and our Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie contains yellow dye. Our BBQ sauce, Beef Topping and Italian Sausage contains a natural “caramel” color to make it darker brown.
The majority of the ingredients that make up this crust are cauliflower, almond flour, corn starch, water, tapioca flour, egg & parmesan cheese. It also is gluten free, half the carbs as our other crusts and low in sugar. Our Cauliflower Crust contains Almond Flour and isn’t vegan as it does contain egg and cheese. The ingredients that make up this crust are Cauliflower, Almond Flour, Corn Starch, Water, Tapioca Flour, Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Egg, Xanthan Gum, Yeast, Salt, Vinegar, Baking Powder.
Yes! All of our cheeses use vegetarian based rennets and do not contain any animal derived rennet.
