In partnership with our vendors we were able to identify the source of a surprisingly long-standing financial discrepancy for our Topeka location; credit and debit card transactions swiped inside our restaurant had not been processing for final posting/payment from October 19, 2018 through July 25, 2019. We can assure you that all card data has remained secure, and that orders made online or in our app were not affected.
We are sincerely apologetic for any inconvenience this has caused you; it is not our intent to pass on the hardship we have endured because of this. Let us assure you that as a small/family-run, franchise business in the Kansas City area, we are sympathetic to the implications of these delayed charges. We have taken immediate action to correct this issue moving forward from the affected period.
