Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the prompt to sign up or if you’re already a member of our previous program, link your Circle of Crust account.

If you’ve already linked your account then you do not need to click “Link Account” again in the app. Instead click “Get Started” (it will mention new members but that’s ok!) and then “Log In”. If you need to reset your password click “Forgot Password” and reset instructions will be sent to you. If you set up your account through Facebook, then click “Get Started” and then “Connect with Facebook”.

Just scan the QR code in your app at the cash register to earn points. You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 100 points, you’ll earn a $10 reward.

You can still join by clicking here to join through the website. The website doesn’t have all of the awesome features of our app, so you’ll only want to sign up through the website if you don’t have a smartphone. In order to earn points, you’ll need to log into the website within 7 days of your visit and enter the barcode. To redeem points, you can get a reward code through the website prior to your visit. (Your reward code will be valid for 24 hours. If your plans change, your unredeemed rewards will return back to your account.)

Currently, our app is only available for Android and iOS phones.

You can redeem rewards at any participating location. At this time, our airport locations do not participate in our Circle of Crust rewards program.

Yes! If you order through the app, your points will be added automatically.  If you order through the website, be sure to enter your Circle of Crust information in the bar on the bottom of the screen.

If you don’t use your reward code, the reward will go back to your account so it will still be available when you’re ready to use it.

Yes! If your check total is under $10, you can still redeem a reward and the portion not used will go back on your account. For example, if your check was $8.25, then $1.75 would go back on your account to be used on another visit.

No, you can only use one redemption code at a time. Each reward is separate and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

We’ll start making your pizza about five minutes before your scheduled pick up time so that it’s hot and fresh when you pick it up. We’ll keep it warm for you in our super special warming ovens.

You can call the store directly to make changes to your order. Your store’s phone number is located on your email confirmation page or listed in the “Locations” tab on Piefivepizza.com . Some modifications may adjust final price of your order. Any additional charges will be due at time of pick up

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk email folder and add noreply@olo.com to your address book. Pie Five Pizza accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online orders. Store gift cards are not acceptable forms of payment at this time.

If you have an allergy to ingredients like milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts or wheat, you can input what you ordered in the nutritional calculator on the nutrition page of the Pie Five website, located at www.piefivepizza.com/menu/nutrition-calculator.
